🧾 Receipts
Receipts are generated automatically after you check in on the tablet at the clinic. Check in as soon as you arrive using your full phone number, the same number you used when booking, for example 086xxxxxxx.
- Incorrect amount — Text the clinic, and they will adjust the amount accordingly.
- Receipt requested later — Later receipt requests cost €10 per receipt.
If you have not checked in yet, ask the clinic staff to help you complete check-in first.
