๐ŸŽ Book an Appointment Using a Package

Fix package booking issues by selecting an unused package or pass during appointment checkout.

Symptoms

Use this page if you want to book an appointment with an existing package or pass instead of paying again.

What booking with a package means

Booking with a package applies one unused visit from your package or pass to the appointment. You should see the package option during checkout if the package is eligible for the service, the location, and the visit type.

Only unused, eligible packages or passes appear during booking. If your package has no remaining visits, or it does not match the appointment you are booking, it will not be available.

Fix steps

Log in to your account

Sign in before you try to book the appointment.

Reset your account access if needed

If you never registered for an account, reset your password or account access first.

Go to My Booking

Open My Booking from your account.

Choose Package

Select Package for the booking.

Click Book Now

Review the details, then click Book Now to complete the appointment.

If the package does not appear

Check that the package is still unused and applies to the appointment you are booking. If it still does not appear, contact support so the package eligibility can be reviewed.
