What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods may vary by location, plan, or clinic policy. If you are unsure which methods apply to your booking, check your appointment confirmation or contact the team before your visit.
When am I charged?
Depending on your plan or session, you may be charged at the time of booking, at the time of service, or after your appointment. If a payment is not collected in advance, the clinic may charge you once the session is complete.
Just to clarify, the higher price is because the appointment was booked as pay at clinic (cash later). If you had paid online at the time of booking, it would have been €145 for a 90-minute session. The price difference is shown clearly before confirming the booking.
If you choose pay by cash at clinic, the prices are:

If you pay online by card in full, the prices are:

Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the reason for the charge and the cancellation terms that apply to your booking. If you need to cancel or ask about a refund, see the Cancellation FAQ.
All transaction fees are non-refundable in any case.
