💳 Payments and Pricing

💳 Every therapist prefers that you prepay online for appointments so they can focus on treatment instead of handling payment at the clinic.

The difference between cash at clinic and online card payment is because cash payments have a higher chance of no-shows, and therapists prefer all appointments to be prepaid online as mentioned above.

If you choose pay by cash at clinic, the prices are:

• €100 for 50 minutes

• €150 for 90 minutes

If you pay online by card in full, the prices are:

• €95 for 50 minutes

• €145 for 90 minutes

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on the reason for the charge and the cancellation terms that apply to your booking. If you need to cancel or ask about a refund, see the Cancellation FAQ.

All transaction fees are non-refundable in any case.

How do I pay for a rebooked appointment?

If you rebook an appointment and want to pay online, please use www.painsolution.ie/pay and make sure you use the same email address you used for the appointment. This helps the system record your payment and show it on the clinic laptop so the therapist does not charge you again.

The therapist must charge whatever amount appears in the system. Your payment receipt is not used for clinic checks, because therapists do not handle payment or admin records.

If a double payment is found, we will refund it later. Transaction fees are non-refundable, so always use the same email address when paying.
