How do I reschedule an appointment?

Use the booking portal at https://booking.painsolution.ie/login to change your appointment.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation fees depend on your appointment type and how much notice you give. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged in full later.

How much notice do I need to give?

Give as much notice as you can. Some appointments may have a cutoff time for cancellations or changes, and your confirmation or clinic contact can tell you what applies.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds depend on the appointment terms and how the cancellation was handled. If you paid in advance, contact Pain Solution to confirm whether a refund applies to your booking.

All transaction fees are non-refundable in any case.

What if I need to cancel because of an emergency?

Contact the clinic as soon as possible and explain the situation. Emergency cancellations are usually reviewed case by case.

What happens after I cancel?

You should receive confirmation once the cancellation is processed. If you do not see a confirmation, follow up with Pain Solution to make sure the appointment is no longer booked.
