Your First Visit

Book either a 50-minute or 90-minute session. Add the treatment type in the note when booking if needed.

Fill out the intake form online at painsolution.ie/form before your appointment.

If it is your first time with us, arrive 10 minutes early.

Check in on the tablet when you arrive so your therapist knows you have arrived. If you do not check in, you will not receive your receipt. Requesting a later receipt costs €10 per receipt as an admin fee.

The therapist will use Thai Medical Massage techniques tailored to your needs.

Drink water and follow any post-session tips your therapist provides.
